Parent/Guardian Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability — effective June 11, 2026. This consent is part of, and incorporates, the
Gladiator Sports Terms of Service & Liability Waiver.
1. Who we are. "Gladiator Sports" is a DBA of Liberty Prime Robotics LLC ("we," "us"). We operate a platform for competitive
sports tournaments — organized by us or by independent organizers — entered through gladiatorsports.club.
2. Your consent. As the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below (the "Player"), you give the Player permission to
participate in Gladiator Sports tournaments, including paid-entry, cash-prize events, and you accept the Terms of Service on the Player's behalf.
You confirm you are at least 18 and have legal authority to sign for the Player.
3. Assumption of risk and release. Competitive activity — including in-person athletic competition and any event attendance — carries
risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, for yourself and the Player, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE Liberty Prime Robotics LLC, its DBA
Gladiator Sports, and their members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability,
claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Player's participation, except where such a release is not permitted by applicable law.
4. Money matters. Entry fees are paid by an adult (you or the team's adult captain) — minors cannot pay. Prize money owed to a
minor Player is paid to the Player's parent/guardian. Entry fees are refunded in full if an event can't field a playable bracket or a solo entry
can't be placed.
5. Privacy. We collect the minimum information needed to run the event (the Player's name, team/roster details, and your contact
details), handled per our Privacy Policy and COPPA. You may review or request deletion
of the Player's information at any time.
6. E-signature. You agree that typing your full name below and submitting this form is your legal electronic signature, with the
same force as a handwritten one.
