Solo link-ups & free agents

Solo entries with the same squad code play together. Free agents chose random placement — fill incomplete squads with them.

Parental waivers (minors)

W-9 & prize tracking

When you pay a champion from the Stripe Dashboard, record it here — lifetime winnings drive the $600 W-9 hold (withdrawals lock until their W-9 is on file). Don't transfer to anyone marked “W-9 required”.

Paid players without a website account

Everyone rostered needs a free account before match time — these players were emailed an invite when payment cleared.
