Prize payouts
Champions are paid through Stripe — the same secure system that processes the entry fees. You connect as an individual (about 5 minutes — no business or LLC required, even where Stripe’s wording says “business”), and we never see or store your banking details; they live with Stripe.
Once your bank is connected, you can withdraw your tournament winnings any time using the Withdraw winnings section below.
Prefer not to use Stripe, or having trouble with setup? Contact Libertyprimerobotics@gmail.com and we’ll arrange an alternate payment method for your winnings.
Withdraw winnings
Tournament prize money credits to your balance after each event. Withdrawals are confirmed with a one-time email code and sent to the bank you connected above.
We email a 6-digit security code to confirm it’s really you. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
Tax form (W-9)
U.S. tax rules require a completed IRS Form W-9 from any player whose lifetime winnings reach $600. Once you cross that line, withdrawals pause until your W-9 is on file — submitting early avoids any wait.
